Getting new tires installed this weekend, when I had blowout noticed stock tires had no weights on rim,but getting mixed reviews on whether or not they should be balanced, any pros, cons of it

I always have mine balanced. Not just for the tires but the rims can also be out of balance. The cost is minimal on a tire change so why not?

Many trailers these days do not have shocks so balancing has to help with the shakes inside in addition to tire wear.

To me, it's a no brainer.

Just thought it was weird the factory doesn't balance them,I planned on doing it since I'm mounting them myself

IMO, YES. Better tire wear would reason #1.

I read once that out of balance tires will also shorten the life of trailer suspension bushings, but I haven't seen that concern repeated.

I agree it's a good idea for wear,a unbalanced tire can tear a front end up in vehicle also

I just put new goodyear tires on mine a few weeks ago and they balanced them all. They said it helps cut down on tire wear and helps gas mileage. You wont feel it through your vehicle but it will save on worn out suspension from the vibration as well.

I balanced mine with the balancing beads. As others have said cost was minimal when I upgraded to my Maxxis tires...

It won't hurt anything to balance and the cost is minimal. Anytime I've ever had new trailer tires, I fork over the extra $20 or $30 to get them balanced.

Discount Tire includes balancing in their price. And they will rotate and balance them every 5,000mi at no charge.
