Unfortunately the countertop is coming apart as well. The sink is fine its metal. The doors fell apart but I may be able to get them back together. Thanks for the information on the screws.Lsav, having installed a few kitchens, the home centers may be able to find an affordable cabinet that is the proper size. Can you reuse your existing top and sink? What ever you do I would recommend you add a few screws in the appropriate areas. I have used the ones in the attached photo. The heads are only about 5mm.
I may try rebuilding/repairing the doors but I still need a new top.I have a 2019 RedHawk 25R. Mine is a corner vanity and is nothing more than built-ins without a backing. I think I’d be hard-pressed to find one to fit my specific set up. If your door is good, I would just build it out of plywood myself And reuse the door and the hinges/hardware. You could probably stain everything to get it real close.
The cabinets are crap. The adhesive they use for inset panels for the cabinets is terrible. I have had to redo every one of them. It's not a ventilation or dampness issue. The door literally fell apart while we were driving. Walked into the bathroom and half the door was still attached to the cabinet and the other half was on the floor. I'll probably just make new doors and leave the vanity intact. The countertop around the sink has delaminated though and will need to be replaced. They don't seal the countertop very well by the wall and water gets in there. What puzzles me is how this happened? Mine is a 19, bought it in 18, we have 50k miles on it. Ours is holding up, the furniture is another story! Do you have good ventilation? Do you store with damp-rid or dehumidifier?
