Battery Box for multiple group 24 batteries

I have a 2022 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 8 242BHSW Rocky Mountain Edition with 2 plastic boxes that each hold a Li Time group 24 lithium battery.

I'd like to upgrade to 4 or 5 of the batteries and need a larger battery box to do this.

So far all I've found is a very nice looking battery box from TorkLift that will hold 5 group 24 lithium batteries.

The problem is that the camping trailer has a rounded bull nose front which eats up tongue space the taller the battery box goes.

The LiTime batteries that I have are only 8.3" tall, but the Torklift battery box is 13" tall and with that much height, the battery box gets pushed towards the front of the tongue enough that my antisway hitch stirrups get in the way.

If the Torklift box was say 10 or 11" tall, then It would fit just fine.

I don't have room in my pass through storage for the batteries and this is where they must go.

Does anybody have a solution for a battery box along the same lines as the Torklift box but not as tall?

There are new Lithium batteries with serious ah capacity in them, which you should be able to reduce your footprint and the number of batteries. Can you tell us what you are planning to do and how much solar capacity do you currently have or plan to install? .If you go with the higher ah capacity, you may get by with two batteries.

On my own 23rb that has a similar front as your camper, I installed two group 27 wet cell batteries and places one in the tray and raised the second one up front to back along the hitch frame on top of a 2 x piece of wood and bolted the battery box down thru the wood and to the frame bracket. this worked just fine. So with the larger ah batteries, possibly two, you may be able to achieve your wants and needs.
