Battery disconnect problems

I have a 2012 Jayco Melbourne class C, model 28f. The battery disconnect does not work. I push the switch and nothing happens. The batteries both coach and chassis are all charged. I suspect the battery disconnect solenoid. I have checked the fusses located on the solenoid and in the fuse box, both are functioning.
Because I have no coach power i can not move the rear bed slide out to access the electronics.
I did disconnect the two coach batteries trying to reset the solenoid. That did not work. Is the solenoid connected to the chassis battery? Need help. Thank you Reid

Holding in the pushbutton for more than a second can disable the solenoid. The fix is to remove the negative battery cable to reset. But, since you already tried a battery disconnect this should not be the problem.

To get you going, simply jumper across the 2 large terminals on the solenoid. I would just disconnect the cables and connect all cables to the same lug. This will bypass the solenoid. Before you disconnect anything make sure to take pictures or notes of what cables go where.

You should be able to measure the trigger signal at the solenoid by having someone push the switch while you measure the small wires at the solenoid. If the trigger is there and the solenoid doesn't cycle, replace the solenoid.
