Best cleaning product for 16XRB

Hello, I’m sure this has been discussed in length, but Im new to this camper, and need some suggestions. I have a 2018 16XRB I just picked up used, and want to give it a wash. The seller said he used a product called protectant 303 on everything, but Im not sure that is best.
1st- What material is the roof?
I’ve read it could be rubber. Should it be cleaned with something specific?
2nd- The tent ends? Something else specific?

A number of people like Protectant 303. I only use it on the seals.

Tent ends; when I wash them, I most often use Dawn dish soap. If I am lazy, I use the carwash soap I am using on the walls.

Roof, I use Dawn dish soap again. Some people use Spic and Span. I have heard of a few people using Protectant 303.

I use 303 on my seals twice a year.

As for general washing of the TT, I use whatever carwash soap I have, Which usually is McGuires wash and wax.

Please note, dish soap will remove any wax you have on the walls.
