Bike Rack?

I leaning towards the above rack however not sure how easy it will be to put women's bikes and kids bike on the rack. Seems like you have to put a adapter bar on the bikes to make it work. Went something quick and simple to use. Any one with experience using women's and kids bikes with thw Long haul rack?

Who buys a women bike anymore?

Unfortunately I have 2 women’s bikes. The DW’s (40) & the DD’s (14). I also have my men’s bike that’s over 20 years old and I have another DD’s (10) bike that’s a “small” females bike. I’m going to start putting 2 bikes on the rear of the 5er & 2 bikes on the front of my new front number. Everything has been ordered, but I won’t know 1st hand until our trip to Top Sail in July.

I used a 4-bike Swagman bike rack on my 35' TT with a 2" receiver that was welded to the frame (not the bumper). I carried 3 female bikes and 1 male bike. For the female bikes, I used a Swagman bar adapter. Amazon sales it. I never had any issues from this setup. It is just the DW and me now for the most part. We have a tandem bike now and I have my eye on a specialized bike rack for the tandem. Below is the link at Amazon for the Swagman bar adapter:

More people than ever. They are now called "step thru" bikes. Lots of e-bikes are sold with that option, many times for older people who have limited ability to swing their leg over a top bar - the perfect candidates for e-bikes.

We have not pulled the trigger on a bike rack for the tandem. We found one that will mount the bike vertically but I’m concerned about how high the top of the bike will be from the ground. I think I would need a later to secure the strap at the top. I’m going to measure the length of the tandem and width of FW to see if a horizontal rack is feasible.

X2. Step throughs for both DW me. The bikes do the same exact thing, point A to point B. When you get in your 60's you will understand comfort trumps coolness!

Not sure what kind of rear bumper set-up on the Pinnacle, but check this set up on e-trailer. ( Swagman RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, $95.93):You can make it as wide or narrow as needed. Looks like it mounts to a 4" bumper , but I imagine you could McGyver it.

I got the Thule T2 Pro XTR which wasn't cheap but it's heavy duty and worth every penny. It will hold two e-bikes up to 120 lbs., is tool-free for quick attachment, flips up when not in use, has a built in hitch lock, and convenient locking cables for anti-theft, and has wheels on it so you can roll it to your hitch!
