I sent a private message to Bluesky46 and didn't receive any such error message. In Bluesky46's profile, "Receive Private Messages" is checked "Yes", so I'm not sure why you would receive this type of error message unless Bluesky46 changed the setting to "Yes" after you posted that you were having a problem.

Try sending your PM to him again and if you still get an error, post back to this thread and I'll have a "Techie" look into it.

I tried resubmitting the pm and got this error message.

Bluesky46 has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.
