Hello Amazing Jayco Owners. I have a couple quick questions on the BMPRO that I hope you can all address. 2020 Jayco Pinnacle 37MQDS.
#1 Is there a way to customize the BMPRO configuration? I would like to change a couple lights to add a dimmer. Example is the rear accent. This is an LED strip light so perhaps what Jayco installed is not dimmable.
#2 On my BMPRO app on the coach tablet it shows both outdoor Awning lights are dimmable however when I move the slider it takes the input and then returns back to full power. No change in the light is observed. I wonder based on my first question is if this year they did not install dimmable LED light strips but a software update later provided me with this function even though it does not work. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
#3 Are others having performance issues with the BMPRO app using Bluetooth but not the cloud while using a mobile device? I have an iPhone with the BMPRO app installed. When I first boot up the app or when I return to the app it takes maybe 6-7 seconds to connect to Bluetooth. I can then select lights right away but again it is not responsive for about 10-15 seconds. When I disable Bluetooth this does not happen and I am able to adjust my lights right away. Perhaps this is a known issue.
