Good Day,

My TPMS shows no information as if they've been unpaired. I tried to pair the sensor to the App but was unsuccessful. Thoughts, Ideas? Am I failing to do something correctly? All other systems are working properly. My unit is a 2023 Jayco White Hawk 32BQH.

Thanks,

wmrkl

This may be very basic but have you checked the batteries on your sensors? I just replaced one of mine that quit a few weeks ago

I appreciate your help. The batteries in all four tires were dead after less than one year of service.

You were correct, the batteries were dead after less than a year. I appreciate your reply.

Good morning
We purchased a 2024 Jayco eagle and the tpms has not worked since delivery.
I too keep thinking I was not pairing something correctly.
So there are batteries in the tires sensors is what I’m understanding?
Would that be under warranty if I have only had it for 6 months?

I don't know about the batteries being under warranty. Your dealer should have paired them for you. On the Sensors page on JayCommand you will see the tire pressures heading first and then the front and rear tires headings. Below that you will see a remove sensors heading. If they are paired and still seeing no readings, then you have dead batteries. I believe the remove sensors heading would then read pair sensors. I am attaching a picture of the tool that you should have with your camper. The black wheel like thing is what you use to unscrew the TPMS sensors and get to the batteries. I think they are 2032's. You would think I know as I just replaced one lol.

The pairing procedure is pretty straightforward

Yes I forgot the picture !!

Well, I happened to walk over to the camper to repair a blind and happened to look at the batteries for the TPMS sensors. They were not 2032. Picture attached
