I have an 2020 Eagle 321RSTS that sustained slight bodywork damage after hitting some shredded tyre.
Dealer got the quote from Jayco today. The metal panel … $130. Unfortunately they no longer do the decal so to have it made would be ……$1200. It is 8” long, goes from 1” to a point. Is this the most expensive sticker you’ve ever heard of? Think I’ll just leave it off!

I've got some leftover decal material when my entry door was swapped on my 2020 pinnacle. Dealer ruined a decal so they ordered another and gave it to me rather than schedule to install. I cut and fit a 6"x 2" piece out of it, not sure if it's the same color. I may be able to cut a piece out of what I have. Post dimensions needed and a good pic of your color with a piece of white paper next to it.

Thanks for the offer. Its such a small decal that I was just going to get the panel repaired and leave the decal off, but I’ll send you a pic tomorrow to see if it’s a match. The original quote from Jayco was $30 for the decal, but now they say it’s obsolete!!!

A very good body shop might be able to match the color, and paint it on for you. May not be a perfect gloss match, but probably much less expensive. Just thinking out loud.

There are decals available online such as decal zone and others where you can buy rectangles/ovals etc to a specific size, then cut down as needed. Color matching may be a challenge though.

Find a Race Car Shop or Sheet Metal Shop and they can make that piece of metal for you. They can even make it out of Aluminum, and a good sign making shop can make that decal with no problem,,I have this kind of repair made on my Motorhome..

$130 isn't bad for the panel but I would check with a sign/vinyl shop and they would probably give you a piece that matches.

Had the same issue on 2018 321RSTS. Panel is reasonable but get a quote on freight as mine came in a crate! Dealer ordered decal but wrong one came. However, still was the same white with some shading flecks which I was able to trim to size if this sounds right I have quite a bit left over.

Body Shop Rates

Find a body shop with as “English Wheel “ and they can straighten that panel out for you.
Average Body Shop Rates for Non-RV shops:
Average National Labor Rates
Body & Refinish $59
Frame $73
Mechanical $94
Paint & Materials $38
(Source: NABR VRS Labor Rate Survey)

It's cheaper to buy the part than repair it. You would have to pay a bodyman at least 12 hours to repair that panel @ $59 = $708 if not more. Paint would be another 3 + hours $97 P&M = $291 so you're at about $1000 to repair a $130 panel. The high cost of a decal comes from having to buy a complete side or section to get just one small piece. It stinks but that's how the decals are sold - in sets. English wheel is for making curved pieces in flat sheet metal. I can't see it working on that panel. Good luck with it!!

Go to a sign shop that makes decals and you would probably walk out with it for under $50!!

When my wife had her sign shop we helped a couple people with small stuff like that for free. Basically it's just scrap. Check a few shops I'm sure someone can fix you up for a decent price.

There are one or two shops in my area that do decals because there is such a market for them with RVs, boats, and other vehicles. In the case of the Cyclone which was a HD model, there were no longer decals available when I had the front cap redone. The paint and body shop had a local contact who came out took photos matched colors and produced 3M decals for the front cap. It can be done, and is not that expensive if there is a shop already doing that type of work.
