What adapter are you talking about? And which brake controller did you end up buying?

My 2019 had the pigtail by the column area. 12 inches back is the connector, disconnect at the connector and then its plug and play to any brake controller. Adapter cable is purchased from amazon. Also look for just that connector, maybe they forgot to install the 12 inch pigtail and reason you cannot find? Just a thought.

Thanks for the help with the links! Just ordered both of them. Hoping to locate the wiring harness later this week. Seems pretty straightforward once you've located the wiring coming from the hitch area to the front of the cab.
