Breaker issue?

The hubbyand I bought a 2018 Jayco Eagle series yesterday and today the microwave and coffee maker went off and we could smell an odor in the RV that smelled hot. We did eventually get everything reset from the pole and the GFI in the bathroom had to be reset in the microwave and coffee maker started working. Tonight we try to flip the fireplace on and are Wall-E to watch TV and neither one are working everything is blue outside The GFI button is green and there are no tripped a breaker’s ....HELP

Ensure there is no breaker in your breaker box flipped and double check your fuses in there. Is your trailer a 30amp or 50?

Do you know that a tripped circuit breaker first must be PUSHED to the 'off' position to reset it and then switched on?

If the microwave is working then I doubt the issue with the fireplace and television are related to what happened yesterday. A multimeter should be part of your RV tool kit so assuming you have one check voltage at the outlet where the television is plugged in. If you're not getting power to that outlet then there has to be a circuit breaker that has tripped and not reset. Find the circuit breaker for power to that outlet and even if it looks like it's in the "on" position switch it to the "off" position (get a decernable click) and then switch it back to the "on" position. Sometimes the circuit breaker can trip and not appear to have tripped.
