Buying 2016 whitehawk

I am about to purchase a 2016 whitehawk 25bhs private party.

Anything I should look for in the trailer?

Good or bad let me know your experiences!

Just the normal stuff. Make sure everything works (gas and ele).
Tires for unusual wear. Water damage, open all cabinets too. Bring ladder to get on roof.
Make sure all outlets work.
I'm sure there are more things, but hit the major stuff,all else can be fixed as you go.
