Can't access a post

Why is it that when I try to access this post

I get a message stating I do not have permission to access?

I am getting the same for this post

I am logged in as evidenced by my ability to start this thread.

I can't either. I tried both from the 'Recent threads' and the misc, classifieds. Maybe there's a delay for access for some admin reason. I get those all the time.

EDIT: You can see those ads by getting on the "Jayco Classifieds" tab.

I viewed them from the Classifieds.

Also, they do not clear when I select the "Mark Forums Read" under "Quick Links"
