We have a 96 Jayco Eagle and have twice discovered a wet carpet between the captain's chairs in the cab. We can't find a leak anywhere. Both times was after it rained, however, it does not seem to happen when parked at home in the rain. Once we were hooked up to water and the other time we were using the water tank. We've searched for a leak at the water hook up and under the futon on the driver's side. Nothing above in the bunk, either. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Well, kinda sorta the same experience. My leak, very slight, showed up on the floor (rug) between the jack-knife sofa and the seat for the dining table. I kept trying and trying to find it. I was finally able to determine it was in the vicinity of the pump. Short story: it was a seal in the pump. Had to replace the pump.

I had a window leak that was a bear to locate. The rubber gasket around the edge of the window did not meet the metal edge on one corner. Invisible until I had spouse run a flashlight along the edge after dark and I could see the light from outside. The water traversed the inside of the wall to several feet over and then out into the camper floor.
So my suggestion is to look for any water source, even several feet away that has found a channel to the wet spot.
