Can't log in on my phone

Every time I try, I get an error saying 'The requested user can not be found'. As you can see, I am logged in on my laptop. Is it because I am already logged in?

You should be able to login on both devices at the same time. I'm betting that on your phone you're entering the wrong login credentials. Try Hand keying them

That's exactly what happened, Helen. Then, I updated my password and was typing it wrong both on my laptop and my phone.
I have since been looged in on bath at the same time.

Sounds like autofill has the wrong username for the site.

The error message is a bit misleading. It gave me that error about the userid because my password was wrong. Gave me a different message when I tried a different (wrong) userid.
