Center & rear jacks not deploying

Hi, new owner of a 37 Jayco Pinnacle. Upon deploying jacks, the front go down however the center and rear jacks do not go down. Any ideas or suggestions? Just starting to trouble shoot now. Thank you!

Are you trying to manually lower them or auto level?
Are you on shore power?
