(Oh, I have 2000 Watts of solar) Your lucky if you get 900 Watts out of them.I have a separate panel and controller for chassis battery top-up. 200 watts of solar panels for house , but these do not even keep up with the fridge load in good sunshine
They usually mounted on the slight angle of the roof and if the sun is not directly and I mean directly over them, you will not get even half the wattage. Plus the efficiency of panel s are around 25%.
I have one 220 panel and a generator. That's good enough for me.
I Could not justify in my head the 23,000.00 for the solar package that Jayco wanted. Especially since the components were mediocre in quality at best. The salesman actually talked me out of it.
