yesterday I got to a state park and hooked up my 2020 jayco redhawk 24B as usually, electric fine but no water coming into to RV. So I checked the hose, no problem, check the water pressure gauge, fine. checked all hoses from water heater after de-winterizing, fine, check filter fine. even filled the fresh tank and water pump works well. I have the valves turned 2-6 for city connection. Lots and lots of air but then I turned off pump and water that may or may not be in the fresh water working fine. What would cause no water to enter the RV? I even spoke to a jayco tech and all he could come up with was a bad 3 way valve, the black handle on in the utility area. I looked on you tube and nothing on how to change out that valve. Yes I checked the outdoor shower too. Never had this issue before?????

The only other thing I can think of is the check valve on the other side of the city water fill screen/washer is stuck...remove screened washer and push little button a few times to free it up and try again or it could be a faulty diverter as Jayco said that switches from city to tank fill?

So turn off water and unscrew hose and remove that screen washer?

Yes, and you should see a small usually white button...you might get splashed a little or just air unless you open a faucet to relieve some pressure first.

Push that button in a few times to free it up...it's like a spring valve that allows water in not out unless you push it.
I should add that you need good city water pressure to push that button in to fill your water lines.

oh I reread your statement, I'll do that tomorrow.

Also, for sure clean that screen if it has debris blocking the flow...that could be the problem.

You're welcome and good luck.
Another thought...if you're able to fill your fresh water tank thru that same inlet then that little button or screen is not the issue, it's the diverter. When using that diverter it's better to turn it when there's no water pressure in the lines...try moving that diverter handle back and forth and few times with no water pressure and leave it city fill position. I guess it could be a kink in the water line as well. If you're handy and have pex plumbing tools, access the area behind the control panel and see what's going on and if you can change the diverter or the unit itself?
Another reason I like my 2017...it has two separate inlets/connections one for city water and one for tank fill, no diverters.
