Took our 2024 21mml out for its maiden voyage. Hooked up city water no flow. Pump is off and there is no issue with flow through hose and filter. Stumped.

I have heard that the screen on a inlet can jam a water pressure regulator, or you screwing the regulator on to the Trailer inlet?

outlet to hose to filter to regulator to inlet. water flow is fine up to the trailer, then NOTHING.

Sorry, may seem like a stupid answer but then, who knows. Are the valve handles both in the correct configuration (assuming you have them)?

Not sure what you have tried but you mention the pump is working. If the system is on city water the pump would not work. It only draws from the tank.

First, I would change your set up so the pressure from Spicket is back on it not your hose. City water to regulator, to filter to hose, hose to rv.
See if the screen is blocked at the city water inlet.
Report back please what you get with this set up.

I stand corrected. The regulator is first inline out of the outlet. I listed the order wrong.

I’m at a loss on this.
Since it’s brand new, I would take it to the dealer under warranty, or you could try calling Jayco tech support or maybe the service department where you bought it.
Please do let us know if you figure out.

If you are filling the tank it is not "city water". That is done by connecting the city hose to the inlet for city only water connection. If you are using the tank fill it is going into the tank and will only run off of the water pump. If the pump is off the water will not come from the tank and since the line would not be hooked to the "city" line no water is coming in that way either.

Simply put, either you have a hose connected to the "city" connection which is likely a simple hose connection on the outside of the trailer, or you have filled the tank from the tank input, which is a different connection and are running from the tank with the pump.

The city water line WAS hooked up to the city water inlet. That is where the problem is. When that failed I filled the tank from the gravity inlet, then ran the pump. The pump was OFF when it was on city water.
