Ned some help please.
The photo below has a warning on coach battery and also just under battery solar control has same warning.

With shore power or engine rerunning it goes away. When no shore power or engine running this error appears again. The coach battery, without shore
Power will drain down pretty quick and not even the refrigerator or coach lights will work without the solar charging the battery.

Also on remote screen on my iPhone it shows the Solar control ON or OFF selector. It’s on the OFF icon and will not allow me to select the ON choice icon.

I’ve read the owners guide but it does not offer trouble shooting guides.
It’s a 2024 Jayco class C Grayhawk 27 U

Any suggestions please?

Do you know what kind of battery you have? If it's a good-ol-lead acid one, then 6.7V is definitely dead. Dead dead.

It goes away with the engine running because the engine alternator is pushing 13V or more into the battery. The battery "appears" to be OK so the error goes away.

When you plug in, or run the generator, this time it's the converter that's pushing 13V or more. The battery looks ok.

As soon as you turn off the engine or disconnect, the system sees you have a dead battery.

Power draining quick also indicates the battery is probably shot. Even if it's new, it could still be dead. You can have it tested at any auto parts store (usually free), or you can buy a new one.

The tough part about a Lead Acid battery is that driving them down to a voltage that low really physically stresses the battery. It could be ruined. Only a test will tell you for sure.

Also on remote screen on my iPhone it shows the Solar control ON or OFF selector. It’s on the OFF icon and will not allow me to select the ON choice icon.

And just a guess here - your Solar controller needs to see 12V from the battery to operate. Perhaps you can't select on because the controller isn't getting enough power? Just a guess.
