Coleman Faulkner Awning

Our 1996 255BH Eagle has the factory installed awning made by Coleman Faulkner. The top edge of about 6 inches is dry rotted and wearing out quick.its very dirty from being rolled up but can't be cleaned due to the dry rot.

My bride really would like for me to find the original awning fabric design. So far I haven't seen anything close. At the same time most awning fabric I am finding doesn't indicate it fits the Coleman Faulkner hardware.

Any suggestions or experience would be helpful.
