Convert pantry shelves to draws in 338rets

What was the method used to attache the glides to the pantry walls. the walls are so thin...

Like John, I too built a frame. But, since I was stealing the wardrobe (in the old coach) to become pantry, I built my frame so it could slide into the opening and be removed if someone wanted to return the area to a closet/wardrobe.

I'd not do that in this case, I'd do what John did.
And I really like his using those special RV slides!
I hadn't heard of them before!

I did something similar in my new Class A. I used a single under drawer bearing slide though since the shelf is so narrow. The slides I got from Menards are stiff so they will not move accidentally. I left the front open and only installed 3/4" rails on the back and sides to keep the contents on shelf visible. Total cost was only about $55.

Do you have a source for your undermount slides? My cabinet openings are only 9.25" wide and 14.5" deep. I can't afford to lose any space in there!
