Couch/Dinette Slide Will Not Go Out

Hi all...we have a 2016 Pinnacle RSQS, while leaving the campground yesterday...still on electrical power...had problems retracting the slides, (not the Schwinteks) but they eventually came in) when we arrived home we tried to extend the dinette slide and all it does is makes a clicking sound.

Any suggestions on what to look for would be appreciated.

Start with simple stuff. Battery fully charged? Will the water pump function well? Electric jacks run normally? Click like a starter click on a car that needs a new starter or a metallic click like something is trying to move the slide then fails? Your description sounds like the battery is dead or not hooked up. All these test need to be done un plugged from truck and city power.
