Does anyone have any current ideas regarding covering a 2018.5 Seneca. I don't have a way to park my unit when I'm not using it for an extended period so it sits out in the weather. I had a cover for my previous Seneca and that helped some. If I had a cover I'm not sure how I would get it on this one because it doesn't have a ladder. Does Jayco have ladders on their newer Seneca models?

My 08 has a ladder but I won't use it anymore because it is only attached with 3 sets of brackets and there are hairline cracks in the cap around the screws. I am buying one of those collapsible ladders to keep in a storage bay. I would recommend that you buy one of those ladders.

My 2023 Seneca has a ladder in the rear, but if you read the manual there is a weight limit. Like the other poster I plan on getting a collapsible ladder ( like the one for the front cap bunk) to use. I am too close to the weight limit to chance it.

Our Accolade has a ladder, I keep a close eye on all the mounting screws and brackets. Have hade to tighten some screws and one of the standoffs. I carry an 8 foot stepladder. Fits in the pass through. When going on the roof I set up the stepladder next to the ladder on the coach, and climb the stepladder. Then I only need to put a little weight on the top couple rungs of the coach ladder to get up on top.
When at home I have an old fire dept 16 foot roof ladder that I use, to save wear & tear on the coach ladder. I wrapped some towels around it where it leans on the coach.
If I didn’t have those I would definitely get the collapsible ladder.
