When COVID was spiking everyone told me the trailers were made with mistakes and materials shortages. I have been looking to see people post about walls uneven, plumbing leaking, electric problems and forgot to install complaints. Has anyone found a COVID time trailer made problems?

I don't know about COVID trailers but mine must of been made the Monday after Supper Bowl Sunday back in 2019..

I cannot speak for others but our 2020 made just prior to Covid ( Jan, 2 2020 ) has been pretty darn good.

This is a help because we are looking to get a bigger trailer. 2017 trailers are not as nice as the 2020. They have better colors.

Ours was built in February 2021, midpoint for the pandemic. Of the different brands and types of RV's we have owned this has been the best built with the fewest problems. Surprised me with the build quality after reading all the other posts, but it is what it is.

The problems you mention span way back before covid, were present during covid, and continue to today; "mistakes, plumbing leaking, electric problems...". Its the industry standard. Covid trailers have problems, but no different than pre or post covid trailers.

This is a big relief. We are going to spend $75000.00 on the trailer and car. I am retired so we can purchase a newer used trailer and try to save money. Also we change things inside to make it what we like. Much easier redoing a used trailer than a new trailer.

That's a lot of zero's after the 75....

Covids everywhere

We should expect problem after problem with little solution at the moment. That is the effect of a pandemic.
With that said, even in a pandemic, you can find trailers built well.
The best builds are those trailers headed for a show or an event. The QC/QA protocols for event or show trailers highly exceeds a common consumer build. The manufacturers know that people will be going through show trailers heavily. For this reason, those trailers will always leave the shop with more attention to detail than all of the others. Food for thought. If you want a well built trailer, but one BEFORE it goes to the field for others to view. You’ll thank me later

I have a 2021 Pinnacle 37 MDQS that I bought in late March 2021. So far I have had 9 items fixed/replaced under warranty and have a list of 10 more that I am waiting to get repaired under warranty.

The problems have been more related to parts failing than to build quality. Some of them have been minor issues such as shades, lights, and trim, but others have have been major such as an AC, black tank valve, and 2 jacks.
