Cracked up and need help

We have a 2023 White Hawk 29 RL. I love it but we’ve had so many issues. We just recently found the front cap fiberglass is cracked near window both in and out. Any one else having these issues? It’s definitely not cracked from something hitting it. Suggestions of how to approach Jayco would be helpful. Hopefully it won’t take another 4 months to fix like the broken fridge and snapped brake wires right after we bought it.
