:hello:County & state park adventures close to home with our 2015 31 UL.
Really feeling good about our decision to go with a class A gas, 32' MH.
We are going places now that were questionable with our 37' 5er, 55' total with PU.
Enjoy:cool:

Thanks all...........also for the condolences.
Jacobsnc, we have been on short trips (35 miles or less) on several occasions so it is a little hard to give a complete answer about pulling the Jeep. But, having said that the Jeep is barely noticeable. When approaching a hill, I plan ahead with some slight acceleration. Tranny and engine work very well in keeping my speed up.
Roadmaster base plate
Ready Brute Elite towbar and brake combo is the set up we had installed. I had a referral by a friend to a local dealer that carries these in stock. They install quite a few and the install was flawless. I had read about different systems and there are many on the market that do the job.
I particularly wanted the surge brake system primarily because I did not want to have to set up and dismantle something in the floor of the jeep every time I hooked/unhooked. And, there are no electronics being used in the Jeep while we are enroute. Brake, turn & running lights work off the MH electronics.

You and I have been on threads together previously. Seems you had some issues that needed to be resolved...........everything going well?
Enjoy

Thanks for the info. Most of my issues I have resolved myself. I was able to get my local Chrysler dealer to read the codes and reset the computer on the engine. Two Ford dealers said it was a Jayco issue as they had modified the fuel system and wouldn't warranty it. My Jayco dealer said it was a Ford issue. So much for the great warranty from both. Still working on some of the other minor stuff. Love the unit and looking forward to a trip to Florida the end of October.

Sure glad you are getting it figured out and corrected. Enjoy FL. One of the other posters & new owners (McGarrett50) is on his maiden trip to the Keys this week. We look forward to his report.
Keep smiling,
