The dash lights are so dim during the daylight I can’t see the speedometer. Is there a fix for this problem?

During the day I don't have any trouble seeing the speedometer. However during the darker hours low light might be a problem. Suggestion, make sure your brightness control is turned up.....

I'm a gonna throw this out there and you can take it for what it's worth. If you can't see the speedometer in the daylight, the problem is your eyes, not the dash light. I have the same problem and I know it's my eyes. they just aren't as good as they used to be before I got cataract surgery.

before I got cataract surgery.

I agree - cataract surgery was unbelievable! I had no idea I was looking thru a tan colored screen over my eyes.

When the do one eye and wait a week is when it's so apparent how bad things were. Night driving used to be terrifying. Now it's no big whoop again.

Are you running with your headlights on? Have you flipped the dimmer wheel all the way up to full-bright?

I can only see my dash board if my headlights (or parking lights) are on. I figured this was Ford's way of getting folks to use day-time running lights.

I haven't noticed a problem with my '20 29MV. But there are no dash lights during the day (or night!) unless the headlights are on.

My cataract surgery did not work out as well as most. I had complications with detached retinas. As a consequence, I have trouble with dim/bright contrast and at night every light has a tail like reflecting off water. Blue and bright white headlights almost blind me.

My 2018 29MV has analog gauges for speed & RPM, no problem seeing them in the daylight.

Does yours have digital gauges?

Either way, if you run with the lights on, and turn up your dash dimmer (little scroll wheel in headlight panel to left of steering column) that should light up the cluster. Ensure you don't go past the detent at the "top" of the scroll or you'll turn on the map-lights over driver/passenger seat.

I have not had a Ford in a long time. But every "modern" vehicle I have owned, has a dial to adjust the dash light brightness. Have you verified you have one, and it is adjusted correctly.
