Here is a favourite I do

Ingredients
Bavarian smokies (same number as wiener wraps)
Tube of pilsbury wiener wraps
Salsa
Banana pepper rings
Cheese

Wrap smokies with wiener wraps and brown in oven
When they are nice and brown take them out of the oven and place salsa on top and banana peppers for a bit of a kick cover with cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted. Dig in with a knife and fork.
You could use indirect grilling on the BBQ to do this recipe as well.

I would say that would be similar. Obviously a Canadian thing. The banana peppers are pickled banana peppers
