Came back from the grocery store, slipped my key into the deadbolt lock and turned it to the right as I always do. Only this time, it moved about 1/3 of the way and stopped cold - it would NOT MOVE forward or back. I pulled on my key and it came out in my hand. Called a Locksmith and he was dumfounded. he used his power pick and managed to release the actual deadbolt to move out of the locking position but could not operate the lock itself with a key. So I have to order a new door pull on the inside and outside with two locks. Anybody else deal with this??????

I believe all towed trailer door locks are the same.
If you can't crawl through an unlocked window, maybe order a new door lock ($19) and see where the screws are, then get a drill and drill through you existing door lock so you can remove the whole door lock, then replace it with the new door lock you got off amazon.
I've taken mine out a couple times, it's pretty easy... although I haven't drilled out the screws, should be doable and you can save your door.
