Decorating Mods?

I love the shelves idea and never understood who would hang clothes when camping!

Love the bunkbed sheets idea too! We don't have our trailer yet either. It's our first and currently on order. So I can't be of much help yet.

Would love to be in a group for decor chat if one gets created. :)

KyKids, thanks for the shelves idea. I didn't want to mess with command hooks, nails or screws etc. and only want shelves in one side of my wardrobe (yup, I do hang clothes) so half a shelf will be perfect. The other half can go in my greenhouse lol.

The reasons I'm excited about being able to hang things up in the new TT (haven't got it yet) are that coats, especially long ones like I have for cold camping, are much easier to hang than fold; hung-up things are easier to get without messing up everything else in the closet; sometimes we go out to dinner somewhere nice, and I want a skirt or dress; and - we go to Scottish festivals, and you really don't want to fold a kilt.:)

Shelves vs. hanging things ... I think it also depends on your rig's set-up and how many people. In our WhiteHawk TT, the "master suite" is by the hitch so there we have the front slope space to contend with. On each side of the bed is a narrow (20"wide?) closet with an enclosed shelf over the bed. Our solution? Closet: hang shirts/slacks/jackets and push shoes into the back of the wasted slope area. Shelf: small plastic tubs for loose stuff (undies, socks, etc.) in the center with folded items stashed in the dead space at each end and behind the tubs. For toiletries, shoe-box sized tubs that in transit sit in the bed overhead shelf but at destination are placed on the upper bunk for ease of access.

Wow, just measured that closet ... 15" wide inside, 13" wide opening. Arrrggghhhh ... that explains why the hangers aren't bouncing off - too jammed-packed!

DW and I watched this and part 2 yesterday. I'll give her credit, she makes good use of limited space and is certainly organized. ;)

Haven't seen Part II of that video yet, but made a few notes while watching Part I. Not the unit we'll have, but still some pretty good ideas.:)
