My Class C is about 2.5 years old, Brought it home to do a bit of Spring cleanup as its been in storage for a while. When washing the roof, I noticed that the gray dicor around the skylights appears to be cracking. So, two questions...how long does this stuff normally last; and second, do I need to peel it all up and replace or do an overcoat? Not major cracks, mind you, but noticeable.

Thanks in advance for any sage words of wisdom.

Get some 4" Eternabond tape and put it over all the edges and seams on the roof. it last a long time and doesn't require resealing.
