I read someplace, that Jayco offers free road side assistance for a year with the purchase of a new Jayco product. Had anyone else seen this, and if so, how do I sign up. I asked my dealer about it, and she said she needed to check and then we all forgot about it. I'm towing from NY to Fl this summer and I think it would be a comfort factor being so far from home should we have any issues. It also has free tirp planning which would help with my travel directions. I know I can't go through the tunnels on 95, and I think this might be the service I'm looking for.

Has anyone else seen this?

About a month after we took delivery of our new Jayco, we received in the mail, a wallet sized card for the 1 year road side assistance. On there is the contact info you would need. I would guess the dealer notified Jayco of our purchase.

We had the information initially when we first took delivery of our tt. We pretty much figured it was meant more for MH's but knew that it would be available to us if we had an axle etc failure. It's there, but hopefully you won't have to use it

Yes you get it free for a year. It is called Coachnet. I believe it also covers the tow vehicle for towing expenses if broke down while towing your Jayco, but read the brochure that comes with the card.

It came with my Designer too. At delivery I was given a brochure with information and received a card in the mail some time later.

Thank you all for sharing you knowledge. I remeber reading that in addition to roadservice they also offer free trip routing. We are planning a surprise Disney trip for our twins 7th birthday in August. We will be leaving from Westchester County NY and I am aware that I can NOT tow throught the tunnels on 95. I'm thinking of heading down a different way and stopping in Spartenburgh SC.. I thought this would be a good planning tool for us. Thanksf or all your help!

Why can't you tow through the tunnels on 95?

you cant tow through the tunnels on 95 because of the propane tanks on the trailer. They wont allow you to bring the propane through, and they WILL pull you out of line at the toll boths.
