Does it take longer for a Post to be active with photos

I posted a new thread about 1/2 hour ago. Normally a post shows up active within a few minutes. I included 2 photos, does it take longer with photos? I posted in "Tech Talk."

I looked in Tech Talk and went in your user profile and listed all your posts. I can’t seem to find any evidence of it posting successfully. There are no posts in Moderation. Can you try entering it again?

Thanks for letting us know. As one who has worked with computers for over 50 years, things still happen that are complete mysteries.
