Domestic 9100 Gas Strut Failure

Attempted to open the awning on my 2016 Jay Flight 29RKS, the left arm did not move. I was able to manually move it as the other arm opened. Held it in place by tightening the slope adjustment knob. It seems the gas strut has failed because it has no pressure on it at all.
Anyone have any experience replacing the struts. And the part number would be awesome

I had exact same problem with my 2018 29RKS, dealer replaced strut under warranty and resolved problem
