Friend of mine is at his seasonal site, and found his Dometic frig stopped working over the week.

No cooling on electric or gas. On gas it will produce a flame. Last year he had to replace the electric heater element.

From afar, I'm suspecting a control board, but what test can be done to confirm. Another thought is a loss of refrigerant.

No smelly leak from the fridge coolant is there? I remember reading threads and blogs about it being a fire hazard when the coolant leaks out.
Strong ammonia smell?
Edit: I see you had the same thought about coolant.
If the circuit board is working enough to let the propane ignite the pilot light I’d lean even farther to the coolant issue. Once the flame is burning it’s all a chemical process after that if I’m correct. He can test the circuit board and make sure it has 12v at the terminal in back. Some even have a small led to show power.

Seams like the controller is trying to cool the frig. So it has to be a refrigerant leak.

Our Norcold wasn’t getting cold on the last trip. Freezer was about 32 and fridge was “cool” (abt 50). Refrigerant tubes in the back were warm. Was not thermistor. Both cooling fans had died leaving too little air flow over the condenser fins. Back to Jag’s friend, if there’s zero cooling or the tubes in back aren’t warm then I think it’s gotta be the refrigerant loss or control board.
