I recently had a problem with my furnace not working in my 2018 Jayflight SLX 175RD. I was able to remove the whole furnace and clean the sail switch. Now the furnace is working but for the life of me I can not get the furnace back into its original spot. It sticks out just enough so I can't get the front cover on. When I pulled it out there were 2 tabs that secured it but they were missing screws so it was just sitting loose. Does anyone have any tips or pictures of the same setup for reference?

Could you post a couple pics of the furnace frame at the front cover opening?

Did you replace the missing mounting screws with new ones?....., there may have been a reason the original mounting screws where missing from Jayco. I would check that the furnace exhaust vent assembly and the furnace are seated correctly.

I had an issue with my 24RBS furnace installation from Jayco due to
the furnace exhaust vent assembly clearance hole through the wall wasn't located properly. To compensate for their error Jayco placed my furnace so it was supported by the plastic exhaust vent housing which resulted in one end of the furnace being 5/16" off the floor against the wall.

If you have the type of unit that removes from the inside inside and has the typical over/under intake and exhaust on the outside, you must remove the outside intake/ehausst cover and reinstall after the furnace is back in place and screwed to the floor. Been there, Done that.
