Eagle heater making vibrating noises

My eagle 29.5 heater recently started making loud vibrating noises when on. Any idea what could be causing this?

Bearings going out in the blower maybe.

Or something got sucked up inside the blower wheel causing a imbalance - loose blower wheel on motor shaft or blower wheel itself cracked and coming apart.
