Electric panel has a green light on when power is disconnected

I have a 2025 23RK with the solar 1 package. I have the shore power disconnected, solar is set to not charge battery and the battery disconnect is turned off.

I can still see a green light in the fuse panel as if power is still coming into the panel.

When I store the trailer how do I ensure all power is off so as not to drain the battery? What is applying power to the panel for the light to be on? All other 12 volt items are off, lights, frig, water heater, even the thermostat is off.

here is an idea of what the power switch might look like:
on the Right side of this picture:

switched B+: the red with white strip I think was a thinner wire that triggers a relay in the power converter assembly so it knows when the battery switched is closed so it can enable all the other circuits that are supplied by
the constant B+ line to work.

Constant b+: The solid red sends power to the converter. I recall this was 8g. Even with battery switch off this is connected direct between the converter and the battery. I think the convert could charge the batteries if plugged into shore power.
This is probably also what supplies electric to those circuits that were mandated to "stay on" like CO sensor and Propane detectors which will drain your battery in a "not very long" about of time.

Now the next 3 wires shown: solar, breakaway and optional 12v are attached to breakers on my 21mml that were on the front edge of the camper next to an electrical junction box.

Short answer, disconnect the battery cable.

This is the 8th trailer I have owned. When the disconnect switch was turned off ALL power to the trailer was removed on all the others. First time I have seen power still going to panel with battery disconnect switch off.

This diagram makes sense to what is happening on the trailer. But when the disconnect switch is off, there is no 12 volt power to anything inside. Even the CO2 monitor is turned off. I think it is done this way because of the solar charging. Solar and tow vehicle charging will still work with battery switch off. Thanks.

I can confirm that this diagram seems to be how my 23RK is wired. I turned off the battery disconnect switch and disconnected the battery. With the sun out I still get a green light at the power panel signifying that power is coming in from the solar. I can also turn on the battery switch and be able to power the 12 volt items like the lights as long as the sun is out. My issue now is even if I turn off the battery switch and disconnect the battery, the solar will still produce power and send it to the refrigerator and the power panel. So there is no way to disconnect all power going into the trailer for storage.

This bears verification on YOUR rig. My hunch. You said, "solar is set to not charge battery". That's a new one on me. My solar charge controller does not have an "off" switch when it comes to sending power to the battery. In fact, solar charge controllers warn you not to connect the panels to the charge controller until AFTER you have connected the battery to the charge controller. I'm suggesting that solar from the roof is makeing it to your battery bank regardless of the disconnect switch.

Next ASSUMPTION. In my rig, the "pre-wired for solar" connection appears to tie into the main connection between the battery bank and the converter. So, if the first point is true, then this suggests that my disconnect switch (which I've never used because I have 400 watts of aftermarket solar on the roof) might not be disconnecting much...or not what you think it's disconnecting.

So your option is to perform a few simple tests. Get out your handy multimeter, with the disconnect switch "off" and no shore power, pull a few fuses, and see what 12 volt circuits are live in your panel. TowPro's switch diagram tells you that there's more going on here than meets the eye. But with solar on the roof and the proviso that solar charge controllers should not be disconnected from the load (battery) while the panels are producing power, that could well be the key to your green light.

I have the same problem.

No shore connection, no generator, no battery and no tow truck connected.
And there is a braker between the solar panel and the controler

I suspect a connection between the solar panels and the converter. So in sunny days give enough volts to run lights, water pump, etc.

I’ll work on that sooner this spring. I can’t do this now, we receive almost 3 foot of snow the last 4 days.
I’ll give you the result of my investigation.
