Several good ones out there. We use the 4000 lb Bulldog jack on our 23 ft TT. It has a drop foot for extra lift, 22 in total. It clears the tailgate (facing front) on our F150 but you'll have to wait for a response from a Chevy owner on this one.
It comes with a 5 year warranty. Our first one lasted 6 years, bought in 2012. The design has been upgraded since then. We bought our second one in June 2018, and still going strong.
Many, many places that sell it, and the cover is available in black or white. You'll need to shop for the best price on this one, as it's all over the place. Seems the supply chain issues has resulted in higher prices.
With my Chevrolet Suburbans, a 2019 & 2023, had the same issue with liftgate clearance. First solution was to use a longer shank. Have since relocated the trailer jack back 4 inches to allow the use of standard shank. This involved fabricating/welding in new plates to the trailer tongue. Is a great solution if you have the ability to do it.
Should have mentioned that I also had to move the propane tanks back as well. They are easier, just fastened to the top of the a-frame with self tapping bolts.
Just rotate the power head of the jack 90 degrees. You'll have to drill 2 holes. Or spend $150 like I did and get a longer shank for your hitch. There are tons of YouTube videos on how to do it.
