Electrical Problem ?

We are currently having the same issues and wondering if Jayco is going to care of this problem? We are schedule to leave on June 27th for a month in our RV.

We'll pick up my jayco greyhawk I decide to check the electrical panel before leaving camping world and noticed right off that all the screws were not installed top left corner of panel was stuck out 1/4 to 1/2 in. So I removed the 3 other screws to find out not all the wiring had been replaced . Camping world left to burnt jumpers? Then I checked checked connections for tightness and found only 1 that was even close to being torqued. Took camper home and replace jumpers and torqued all connections to 25 in/lbs. Now I think I know why it burnt up the second time because camping world has no idea who to install and terminate a electrical panel. See pics.

First off I’ll admit I’m a relative newbie in comparison to most here. That said, I’d like to know which panel this is... there are two I’m aware of on my Odyssey (Redhawk/Greyhawk equivalent). One is the control panel by the door for the generator, slides, pump, laser beam defense system... while the other is the electrical panel on the bottom front of the bed. Would like to know to check, thanks.

With your RV disconnected from shore power open up the panel under the bed and tighten all the connections in the compartment with the circuit breakers.

My panel is located in the bedroom under wardrobe. I guess it depends on which model you have? As to were the panel is located.

Thanks, all! Boy, they've really thought alot about the access location for older folks :).

All of my neutrals looked like that. hopefully your panel is fixed. mine required a new bus and panel it was burnt so bad. very dangerous situation. Jayco should be ashamed to let a coach go out the door like that.
