I keep receiving an error code 14 on my Timberline heater screen. In the past, this happened due to low Dexcool level or it just needed a system reboot. Those fixes aren't working this time. Looking at the Timberline manual, it may be the pump malfunctioning. I've seen people online give the pump a gentle tap to loosen up any blockage. My issue is, I can't find the pump in my van. I don't see it anywhere. I have a 2024 Jayco Terrain. The heater components are packed very tight under the rear seats. The rear seats are difficult to remove. I've got them halfway out and can see the compartment but still don't see the pump.

Has anyone with a Terrain dealt with this?

Found the pump. I had to remove the compartment's forward wall and one of the rear seats to get enough access. The pump is under the Dexcool reservoir tanks. Very difficult to access. I was able to give it a tap with a long wrench. That did the trick. It's not shorting out, blowing warm air, and heating water again.
