Entry door for 1997 Jayco 1207 Pop up

I am looking to replace the portion of the entry door attached to the lower half of the pop-up. Does anyone know where I can get one or in the alternative, has anyone ever rebuilt this lower portion of the door?

Door was replaced by PN 0070038. Runs about $90 bucks

JFD DOOR,ENTRANCE LOWER JAY HI WALL FD 1993-1997 DECAL STRIPE IS NLA

May need to be ordered from a Jayco Dealer, Special Order, turn around time is probably 2-3 weeks.
