Evaporator

I found this on the internet. A brief description of where the evaporator is located. But can anyone tell me how to get to the darn thing? I have a 2016 Alante.


The evaporator assembly in your Ford V10 motorhome is mounted to the right side of the dashboard and extends into the engine compartment. The evaporator outlet itself is part of the evaporator core,

Any info would be helpful.

Just fyi, getting to it should be an extremely rare need and they are always tucked away in a not so easy to get to location. If you are wanting to add refrigerant, then getting to the evap is not needed and the lines (refill ports) should be in the engine compartment. ~CA

In the "CLASS A" it depends on where the MH manufacturer puts it since it does not come from FORD. However it is normally on the passenger side.
