Anyone know how to remove the refrigerator bumpers on the frig door, and freezer door. Are doors have to be slammed so hard, was told this is the fix. I do not no how to remove the old ones.

Old post but I just did this. Lippert sent me smaller bumpers they actually just pull out (they are rubber inserts)

They cover this under warranty btw just email them and they will send you a set of 4 rubber bumpers.
