My first camper with a radio installed was an early 90s hybrid that had a radio that would pick up stations that my truck wouldn’t. Every camper since then has been worse to the point my 2022 won’t pick up a station 30 miles away. What can I do to get decent radio reception?

What type of radio antenna does your RV have? I have seen some RV's that have their own antenna similar to a vehicle and others that tie into the tv antenna. If it ties into the tv antenna then it may help to turn on the tv antenna amplifier.

On a side note, it could just be the radio itself. I noticed an interesting aspect with my in-dash (class c) radio where if the voltage is low for the 12vdc that the radio will not pickup stations very well compared to having the battery fully charged. ~CA

It ties in to one of those all in one antennas that are for the tv and cellular signal. I’ll see if there is a booster to turn on. It may work better if I put a dedicated radio antenna but not sure I want to do that.
