For those having JayCommand Problems

My JayCommand/BMPro totally failed, battery bloated 2 months after warranty expired. Jayco wouldn't help, basically said SOL. Emailed BMPro, explained situation which is common problem and sent pictures of the tablet, front and back. I got a quick response telling me they would replace with the updatedmodel. admin@teambmpro.com
 
That is good news and I am glad BMPRO is stepping up to the plate. These old battery units have been a sore subject
 
Yes, they took care of me also, just outside of the 2 year warranty!
 
Yes, you now have the battery less unit and all those issues should be in the past
