Notice these frame cracks this evening. One place light passes through the frame.

Should I be concerned about this? If so what is the proper repair?

If it were mine, I would get out my welder and weld it. And possibly put in some gusset plates where needed.

I believe that crack is caused by heat stress from the weld. I would go to a frame and axle place and get a professional evaluation and estimate. Do mention the advice about using a gusset plate to strengthen the frame to the suspension member.

Any good welding shop can fix this right up. Personally, I would keep my mileage down until it is repaired. Adding gussets would be a good thing.

it almost looks like there is another crack starting from top to bottom

I have seen a lot of cracks and I am not convinced that this is one yet. I would wire wheel off the paint, and spray some brake clean on the line. If it is a crack, the last place the brake clean will evaporate is in a crack.
