Front shade not going all the way up.

Hi, I read it somewhere, and I can't find where.

My front shade on the 2017 Alante 31V does not go all the way up, since I got it out of storage and the chassis battery was dead. I've since recharged, but I can't get the shade to go all the way back to 'zero' or up. It has something to do with the little button that hangs down, but I need some guidance. Pressing it seems to do nothing.

I deleted the S from https and it went right to it.
